Tiechang Gospel Church in Longchuan, Heyuan City, Guangdong Province held a thanksgiving service for the 122nd anniversary of its establishment and the 30th anniversary of the completion of the new church building on October 19.
According to the Guangdong Provincial CC&TSPM, a total of 200 church pastors and co-workers from various counties and districts of the city, and believers of the church participated in the activity.
Elder Yang Meizhen from the Lighthouse Church in Dongyuan district congratulated Tiechang Gospel Church on its achievements over the past 122 years and the 30 years since the new church was built and encouraged everyone to continue spreading the gospel and serving society.
Rev. Xu Guangdong, chairman and president of Longchuan CC&TSPM, preached on the theme of “Living Stones.” He encouraged believers to be willing to be living stones of the Lord no matter what environment they are in; shoulder the mission of spreading the gospel and lead more people to light and hope.
