Workshop on 'Religion and Social Mentality' Held

From June 16 to 18, 2018, an academic workshop on "religion and social mentality" was held in Fuzhou, capital of China's southweastern Fujian province.

The workshop focused on the theory and methods of the theme, the five major religions and mentality of leading powers, social mentality and the characteristics of converted believers, the social mentality in modern China and religious worship forms. It also covered social mentality and positive guidance to healthy religion,  "Buddha-like" mentality and modern social public sentiment, religion on the Internet and its mood expression, religious mentality and folk religion, and folk cultures.

Key-note speeches were addressed, including topics on social resentment, Islam extremism, and the reconstruction of Chinese people's mind order.
