During this year's summer break, the Yale Center Beijing will organize a week-long workshop on Christian philosophy, rallying graduate students.

According to the organizer, a Christian philosophy workshop for master's students will take place from August 5–9, covering critical subjects in Christianity such as God, creation, sin and justification, Christology, and eschatology.

Lecturers for this five-day program comprise Professor Ian A. McFarland, who holds the Robert W. Woodruff Professorship of Theology at Emory University's Candler School of Theology, along with Professor Chloë Starr from Yale Divinity School and Professor Yin Peng from Boston University’s School of Theology.

There will be English lectures in the morning and bilingual tutoring classes in Chinese and English in the afternoon to help students comprehend course material and engage in academic exchanges within an English-speaking setting.

The workshop will provide all meals, accommodation, local transportation, and study materials. Applicants need to articulate their purposes for attending the workshop, outline their academic readiness for the subject, and detail their plans for furthering the study of Christian theology in their resumes.
