Invited by the German Bible Society and the French Bible Society, the Shaanxi CC&TSPM delegation went to Germany and France for a visit from June 12 to 19, 2024.
As the World Council of Churches (WCC) general secretary, Rev. Prof. Dr. Jerry Pillay, continued his visit to China, discussions have focused on the contextualization of faith and the strengthening of collaboration with Christians and inter-religious partners. The visit included meetings with the Amity Foundation and various religious and governmental leaders.

After visiting Shanghai and Hubei Province, Rev. Erik Burklin, president of China Partner, took a tour to churches and ministries in Guangdong Province.

On April 24th, Rev. Hanns Hoerschelmann, Executive Director of Mission One World, and two others visited the China Christian Council and the Three-Self Patriotic Movement (CCC & TSPM).
Ms. Elaine Duncan, chair of the Global Council of the United Bible Society, led a delegation to visit CCC&TSPM, discussing the Bible ministry and translation talent development.
As China slowly reopened from the pandemic, an overseas Christian organization took the opportunity to return with a message of “how God deals with impossible situations.”
Mr. Helge Gaard, general secretary of the Norwegian Mission Society (NMS), visited the China Christian Council & Three-Self Patriotic Movement (CCC&TSPM) based in Shanghai.
